The experts in vulcanization technology since 1897

WAGENER Vulcanizers GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1897 in Germany and is based near Düsseldorf. With over 125 years of experience, the company is a globally recognized expert in the design, development, and manufacturing of portable and stationary vulcanizing presses as well as special mechanical engineering products for conveyor belt applications. Our vulcanizing presses are used worldwide for the splicing and repairing of conveyor belts. Innovations such as the KLIV vulcanizing press with a autogenous ceramic heating system or the ROTOCUT RCE 40 cutting tool, which allows emission-free and safe cutting of steel cord conveyor belts, highlight our technological advantage. Other key innovations include the EMU vulcanizing presses and the WACOCUT cutting tool. Custom-made solutions "Made in Germany" are the key to WAGENER Vulcanizers’ success.
