TYPE HYDRAULIC

The hydraulic cylinders are integrated either in the pressure frame or in the repair crossbeam (sliding crossbeam). Robust heating plates made of a high-quality aluminum alloy are used as the heating system and are equipped with an electronic temperature control. Pressure is built up via hydraulic cylinders and a high-pressure pump, which can be operated manually or electrically.

With HYDRAULIK repair presses, the narrow heating plates can be applied directly to the repair point on the conveyor belt. This point can be at any position on the conveyor belt. The robust pressure stirrups or sliding crossbars are positioned accordingly over the heating plate, whereby the type and number of stirrups or crossbars are adapted to the desired heating surface and the required surface pressure. HYDRAULIK repair presses are available for almost all conveyor belt widths and are compatible with SPLICE-Watch.
